Last week, Sidara had the honor of hosting His Excellency David Moinina Sengeh, Chief Minister of the Republic of Sierra Leone, in partnership with Invest Africa Ltd, following the Sierra Leone Investment Forum.

The Forum brought together senior officials from the Sierra Leone and U.K. governments, along with leading private-sector investors, to explore long-term opportunities across key sectors including agriculture, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and financial services—under this year’s theme, “Ready for Investment, Open for Partnership.”

Following the Forum, Sidara welcomed His Excellency David Moinina Sengeh and his delegation to a banquet dinner at our 150 Holborn Showcase in London. The evening was attended by ministers, ambassadors, and Sidara Directors. Guests heard inspiring remarks from Lord Boateng, Member of the House of Lords, and Daniel Horner, Sidara's U.K. Managing Director, who emphasised the importance of partnership, innovation, and inclusive development.
