Our Story
150 Holborn is Sidara’s first collaborative building and our home for human endeavour. Our mission is clear: to elevate the human experience, advance sustainability, and spark transformation through innovation.
Our home brings our UK brands together in one location, providing a vibrant hub to connect, collaborate, and innovate.
The vision from the outset was to create a best-in class working environment, underpinned by the concept of creating a place that could allow ideas to thrive and encourage visual and physical connections.
The Design
150 Holborn was designed and built by us to test and improve our own design. Its main goal was to boost interaction and collaboration across our brands.
The result is a modern, people-focused workplace for over 1,000 staff, with retail spaces, a rooftop pavilion and landscape garden, alongside exhibition space and offices.
The key design principles of cohabitation and social connectivity are supported by our central atrium staircase that encourages face-to-face meetings and spontaneous conversations. This was conceived as the heart of the building - unifying the arrangement of collaborative alternative workspaces, all visible from the atrium, underlining the shared membership of Sidara’s ‘house of brands’ allowing each firm to express its individuality in its own space.
150 Holborn is a truly collaborative Sidara inter-company design and delivery showcasing our strength, together.
The Delivery
150 Holborn enhances the Midtown Holborn area with new public spaces, a design that respects the district’s heritage, and a building that reflects Sidara’s expertise across disciplines.
